Who We Are?
Alpha Sig was founded nationally in 1845, making it the 10th oldest fraternity in the United States. The Theta Chi Chapter has found huge success at Northern Arizona University since its charter in 2017, and continues to produce leaders within the Lumberjack community. Jacks Alpha Sig has also created a large alumni base in fields such as national defense, military, finance & economics, medicine & healthcare, and business. We have seniors graduate into various jobs, from Wall Street and Frito Lay, to Lockheed Martin. Our national alumni base is also noteworthy, including famous figures such as Warren Buffett and Arnold Palmer. The mission of Alpha Sigma Phi is to be the co-curricular and continuing organization of choice. The purpose of our fraternity is to Better the Man, through the creation and perpetuation of brotherhood founded upon the values of character: Silence, Charity, Purity, Honor, Patriotism.
